Active Cornering Control All Wheel Drive (AWD)
This available feature gives drivers improved traction and greater cornering capability in turns by transferring engine torque to the rear wheels and applying braking force to the inside rear wheel. The result is improved cornering performance and all-weather capability. For driving off-road and in slippery conditions there's also a driver-selectable AWD lock which allows for a 50/50 split of available torque between the front and rear wheels.

Blind Spot Detection* with Rear Cross-traffic Alert and Lane Change Assist
This available radar-based system helps detect when a vehicle is in the driver's blind spot and provides both an audible and a visual alert to help keep you aware as you move down the road. When reverse gear is selected, Rear Cross-traffic Alert helps identify and warn the driver of vehicles approaching from the side. Lane Change Assist measures the closing speed of an approaching vehicle in the adjacent lane to determine if changing lanes is safe and if it's not, gives the driver an audible and visual warning.
Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection
This available advanced safety feature uses a camera and radar sensor to scan for vehicles and pedestrians in the path of your Tucson. If a collision is imminent and the driver does not react, the system deploys Automatic Emergency Braking.* The system can even apply full brake-force stopping power from 5 to 50 mph, giving you an added element of safety. When a pedestrian is detected, full stopping power is automatically applied from 5 to 43 mph.
Lane Departure Warning*
Drift outside your lane without signaling and this available system is designed to inform you with an audible and a visual cue. It turns technology into a tool that helps drivers maintain vehicle control and lane positioning.
Standard rearview camera—available rear parking sensors
