DUAL SLIDING SIDE DOORS
To help make it easier to load or unload passengers or cargo, all 2023 Transit Connect Passenger Wagon models have standard dual sliding side doors. And with a low step-in height of under two feet, getting in and out is a breeze.
FLEXIBLE SEATING
The 2023 Transit Connect Passenger Wagon has plenty of flexible seating, with available seating for up to seven passengers. Configurable to fit your lifestyle, the rear seats can be folded flat.
CARGO CAPACITY
The height of the load floor behind the front seats is less than two feet and the maximum cargo height is 43.3 inches. With the rear seats folded, there is 106 cu. ft. of storage.
VERSATILITY
2.0L GDI I-4 ENGINE
Coupled with an eight-speed automatic transmission, the standard 2.0L GDI I-4 engine provides plenty of power for a lifestyle on the go.
SWING-OUT REAR CARGO DOORS OR LIFTGATE
To suit your particular needs, Transit Connect Passenger Wagon models offer you the choice of 180-degree 50/50 swing-out rear cargo doors or a rear liftgate. Titanium only comes with a liftgate. Dual sliding side doors are standard.
TOWING CAPABILITY
When the task at hand calls for towing, the Transit Connect comes through with a towing capacity of up to 2,000 lbs. when equipped with the Trailer Tow Prep Package. Among its included features is trailer sway control linked to the technology of the standard AdvanceTrac™ with RSC (Roll Stability Control™).
SMART
FORWARD AND REVERSE SENSING SYSTEMS
If your vehicle is in Drive and moving slowly, forward sensors will sound a high-pitched beeping tone if something is in front of you. The beeps will become more rapid as you approach an object, and within 12 inches they become a solid tone. The sensors turn off when you put your vehicle in Park or Neutral. The Reverse Sensing System works the same way using sensors in the rear bumper.

Available SYNC 3 is our easy-to-use, responsive voice-activated technology. Experience the capacitive touchscreen with impressive responsiveness. Locate your favorite restaurants with simple destination entry via the available navigation. You’ll also find a sleek user-friendly interface to help you connect to and control your smartphone. SYNC 3 also brings the power of Apple CarPlay™™ and Android Auto™™ compatibility to your Ford vehicle.
SIDE-WIND STABILIZATION
Standard side-wind stabilization technology is designed to help reduce driver stress while operating a vehicle in high winds. The system monitors the sensors, and if a strong wind gust is detected, it carefully applies the brakes on one side to help the driver stay in his/her lane. It works alongside Roll Stability Control™ on slippery surfaces – to help avoid skids, lateral slides and potential vehicle rollovers.
