Rear-seat passengers have access to a range of available comfort and privacy features including a power rear window sunshade, manual rear side-window sunshades and standard second-row air vents. At the touch of a button, the power rear sunshade deploys to block out the sun, keeping the interior cool, even in summer. When reverse is selected, it automatically retracts down to provide a clearer view behind the vehicle.

When reverse gear is selected, Rear Cross-traffic Alert helps identify and warn the driver of vehicles approaching from the side. Lane Change Assist measures the closing speed of an approaching vehicle in the adjacent lane to determine if changing lanes is safe and if it's not, gives an audible and visual warning

Rear parking sensors
Along with the rearview camera, Azera's available rear parking sensors make backing up easier. Sensors in the rear bumper give you an audible warning that increases in frequency and tone as you get closer to objects it detects in the area behind your vehicle
Automatic High Beam Assist
This thoughtful, available feature automatically switches from high to low beam headlights when another vehicle is detected by the front camera. While the available LED fog lights, HID headlights, and standard LED taillights not only look great but also add increased visibility.
Airbags everywhere
Its extensive passive safety technology adds to the secure feeling that comes with driving the Azera. For protection in a collision, Azera's nine-airbag safety system includes two front airbags, four front and rear side-impact airbags, two side-curtain airbags, and even a driver's knee airbag.
